2. Refund Conditions

- Template significantly differs from the preview/description
- Duplicate purchases (verified through our system)
3. Technical Support
- Access issues will be addressed within 24 hours of reporting
- We provide setup assistance for Miro board access
- Technical support is available for 30 days after purchase
4. Refund Process
- Submit requests within 7 days of purchase
- Include order number and detailed reason for refund
- Refunds processed through original payment method (Wayforpay)
